The hotel's location is highly convenient, with the metro station just a few steps away, making it easy to explore the area. There are plenty of restaurants and food options in the vicinity, and the breakfast spread, although non-halal, has some great options like croissants. the rooms have good facilities like comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

The language barrier can be a problem, as most staff members do not speak English, and important information brochures are in Japanese only.

this hotel was situated close to tourist destinations like kairaku park. i loved the location. i ate at tonkatsu yamada, which is only 800 ft away, it suited my needs.

Celebrating xmas in this hotel was great! the croissants provided for breakfast were the best I've ever tasted. And the location was perfect , just a two, minute walk to the train station and across from McDonald's. We also enjoyed being close to many Japanese restaurants.

The biggest issue was the language barrier. Most of the staff couldn't speak English and the information brochures were only in Japanese.

Convenient location, close to metro/train station, various restaurants nearby, bus station to Disneyland/Disneysea, and delicious croissants for breakfast.

Location is great, just a stone's throw away from the train station and near fast food chains and local dining options. The breakfast croissant was also delectable and a great way to start the day.

The staff were not fluent in English and communication barriers posed a major concern. Unfortunately, some of the hotel brochures were also written in Japanese which made it difficult for me to navigate around the area.
